Way to go! I'm enjoying my 47 Windsor, hope you get as much fun from the Packard. My dad and my grandfather took a train from San Diego to the Packard factory back in '48 to pick up my grandfather's brand new Packard. He owned that car and kept it perfect until he couldn't drive any more in the '70s. That was his one and only car in all that time. Those bring back memories. They aren't real fast, they aren't real quick, but they are smoooooth! Make sure you get a manual, I doubt there are many that have experience with those in the local garages!

Nice score on the Packard!
BTW, are those '54 NY'er caps? They look like a set I've been thinking about using.
You'll probably find that you get a LOT of attention in that car.
