Preliminary figuring is that we should be able to sell them in the range people are comfortable with. How many years & body styles would these work on? Obviously, the more the better as far as production amounts and pricing. Gonna try to keep it under $350/set, ready to bolt on, for dead-accurate parts; we have a set of originals. I appreciate the supportive replies; I've been bent-over myself on a few occasions, and I think there's a market for good stuff. Hopefully we can afford to take the risks, pay for the tooling & production & selling costs, and make a couple bucks to pay for our time, while offering parts at reasonable prices. So far, our racecar-tool business is still too tight money-wise...
Way to step up, Steve. Speaking of overpriced parts, I'd like to see some al/steel max wedge and Hemi scoops for about $600. 3D modeling AND hydro-forming now makes this economically possible. There's no reason, other than currently being hand made and a little greed, that these scoops should be priced @ $1400.
Another part in high demand is Max Wedge oil pans. They're going for $2000 when you can find them; That's ridiculous.

I have to wonder how many stock MW pans could possibly be needed.
Lots of 440 powered "max wedge" clones out there and most of them are running aftermarket pans. I've got a deep sump 8qt. and it's looking way too low for my tastes....
