Hey guys did the 742 case ever come with Bower bearings in it? I just bought a 742 3.23 sure grip and it has bower bearings in it. Do you know if these could be factory or have been replaced? I thought they all had Timken bearings in them.
Thnaks Scott!

Timken is a brand name often used to describe all tapered roller bearings, since the factory sourced parts from many vendors I wouldn't be surprised to find any brand name bearing.
