I got my final inspections done on the building and the electrical ... but like I said its done to them... now I can do the other things I want to do... tomorrow I'll epoxy the floor then build the office/clean room then move the equipment back in...... I'm a happy camper today

You are correct.... but now the legal people are out of the picture.... the electrical permit is based on how many circuits you are putting in.... I got the minimum, now I can expand

I'm glad an issue was brought up. I need to look at the Electrical Permit on my build. Just got the roof finished today. Need to order doors. Was going to start running conduit tommorow.

I used BX (I think its called) 12-3 with ground, its 4 wires in the flexible conduit.... I got a 250' roll from Home Depot for about $170 then you need the connector ends (clamps to the conduit to connect to the boxes) to me thats the only way to go on a steel building. This wire can be used on your 110 circuits or 220. Rick Ross on the board here helped me big time with the questions I had

you're putting epoxy on the floors already? or should I ask, how long ago did they pour it?
my floor was poured a week ago yesterday, but the epoxy stuff I've looked into says to let it cure between 30-60 days before putting it down.
my building was just "finished" today, minus the final inspection, they began the site prep the first week of August, so total construction time was right at 1 month.
I'll have to check later on the electrical permit, I think mine is $40 flat fee, regardless of how many circuts or how many amps I'm running out there. but, that's a totally separate permit process than the building, so I can get the building finalized, and then go back (in the spring most likely) to do the electrical...trying to spread costs out some

My concrete has been down almost 3 months now... so tomorrow is epoxy day plus I'm putting some graphics on the floor on the silver gray color then a clear coat on the whole thing
