If your in it to make a machine that does something other than straight blasts then the blown SB would be the way to go. A properly built blown SB should provide mega thrills.
THere was a 440 Volare' in Seattle recently (maybe still is), complete with air conditioning!!!!
I quess it may also be function of how much of a challenge are you looking for????

I live at Norwalk during the summer

No, for "Wow" factor go with a blown Hemi, otherwise SB all the way
