I am using a World block, midplate to chevy adapter with stock starter location. I have ground the starter, small amount off of block to get it to rotate in enough at top to catch the bolt holes, stud for battery terminal is tight against block and it still needs to rotate in more. I have tried the mopar mini starter and the MSD mini. I have to cut the nose off of the starter so that rules out the robb mc. Any idea on what works. I am running an electronic controled 4L-80 race trans because I use hand controls(paraplegic). Thanks Galen

I am using the 5098 MSD mini starter. 130 tooth flexplate Dimensions are the same as the mopar factory mini starter. I searched an old thread and will try taking some material off the block in the morning.
