Many thanks for the help. Here's a link to it that will make it easier for everyone to see. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cuda-Chal...sQ5fAccessoriesI agree, it doesn't look quite right. I don't know of anywhere such a clip would attach to the frame. The only one I know of is welded to the bottom of the floor and pictured above. (I ran without one on another car several years back and melted my speedo cable on the headers.) Maybe that clip in the auction is for a different car? I still appreciate the help though! Someone should tell AMD they need to include these on their floor pans. Tav

Thanks. I'm saving all the info so I can pass it on to the next guy that needs help.
Is this an E body only thing, or did all the 70 mopars have this? Maybe I could find one at a junkyard.
Copper clad huh? I bet that makes it tough to weld onto the car. Maybe I should just fabricate one.

My 73 dart sport has the same clip welded to the underside of floor

That clip in the ebay link, is the one on the front frame rail. The first clip the cable passes through after it comes out of the firewall.
Thanks, neither of my cars have one, so I hadn't noticed. Does it attach with a screw or bolt or something? Anyone have a picture?

Hi Bill Do you happen to sell those? What's the item #? I'll add it to my shopping list. I'm about done figuring what I need and should place an order soon. Tav
