Find a nice cushion for your knees while kneeling on the front bumber first, cause you will likely be there for a couple of hours. Although the wires for each cylinder are numbered, I recommend doing them 1 cylinder at the time. Then remove air intake hose from filter box and air intake assy from throttle body opening. WARNING - do not attempt to start or run vehicle while these are removed as you will activate check engine light with sensor uplugged from intake hose. This will require reset by dealer or other OBD diagnostic tool owner to correct. One plug wire is beneath the coil packs and you will have to remove the coil pack mounting screws from the valve covers in order to expose 1 plug in the cylinder head. The other plug for same cylinder is right beside the coil pack you just removed. Access to left rear cylinders are a PITA! Master cylinder really limits accessibility. I recommend use of anti-sieze on new plug threads to prevent siezing of steel thread plugs in aluminum heads. Also you may need to loosen then tighten old plugs during removal to prevent thread stripping in heads. Carbon build-up on bottom threads at plug tip can make removal difficult. Patience, patience, patience.

My kid did his in about 45 minutes.Just be careful with the coil over bolts and pulling them off the plugs. That and use silicone diaelectric on all the boots and a dab of antisieze on the plug threads and I put a dab on the coil over screws also.Rocky

Why dont you just remove the front tire and inner plastic fender well ???
I would think it would help make the job very very easy ,especially on the drivers side
I only have 29,000 miles on my 04 Hemi Sport - So not yet , but soon enough
