Alaskan_TA Fluffy Balladeer A Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 29,654 Hamtramck, PA	Yes, but it is the Scheduled Production Date. (SPD) It probably was built within three weeks of (either before or after) that date. The SPD is the date they hoped to build the car when the order first entered the system.

Alaskan_TA Fluffy Balladeer A Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 29,654 Hamtramck, PA	The 1970 model year ended at 731 (July 31st, 1970) What make & model is your R/T? not all plants have (had) SPDs that ran until the full end of the model year.
