depends on the under hood sticker,some changes are made as they come down the line
I would start at 8*-10* BTDC and adjust from there
allways helps to advance it some from the stock settings
you can use a vac gauge and unhook the dist vac and plug it,then adjust it till you get the highest reading...then back it off 1-2 full #s
example...if your highest is 19" vac...back it down to 18"-17* of vacum and lock it down
then use the vac gauge to set the idle air screws to highest reading on the gauge
thats a good ball park to start with,then start it,drive it,wot blast it...you dont want it to ping on wot blast..just a slight ping maybe..
