I have 3.91 gears and run a 27" tire. I am going through the trap at 109mph and 6200 and have a 1.7 60' time. (Leaving out converter slippage and keeping it constant for this equation) if I switch to 4.10 gear and use a 28" tire what changes should I expect?
I am not thinking much??
Thanks.

Current driveshaft speed is 5303.7 RPM
With 4.10s and 28" tire......5362.8 RPM

I was thinking more along the lines of the 60' time. Will the gear change help reduce my 60' thus reflecting a lower ET?

Well with the larger tire you will have a bigger foot print and the gear gives you a touch more torque multiplication
