Put the cable in the trunk of the Challenger and phone a tow truck company. To flat tow a Challenger I hope you are sure footed and can trust the other person either riding in your car or in the tow vehicle. Why chance have an accident for 100 dollars worth of towing.
If you are talking about using a tow truck, they would have a strap that would be able to attech to the K frame to pull it onto a tilt and load. If you use the sling on the Tow truck they would have everything you need, including insurance.

@cataclysm80, the problem is, in Belgium you can only get an insurance for a car if the car is roadworthy. Thus, I first have to replace the old tires. Belgian law states as well that a car without an insurance cannot be driven on a public road, unless it's been towed. So your idea is very good, but incomplete: what I'm going to do is just drive my car to the garage, and to avoid problems, attach it with the cable to my friend's car, so it will look like towing, while it's just me and my friend's car driving very close to each other at 20 MPH :-) @ others: I know it'd be much easier to just take off the wheels, but I screwed up a little ventilation plug near the brakes, and I'd like the brake system to be checked by licensed mechanics. THANKS for the quick responses!

Bull1TT your are right. This is a disaster just waiting to be towed. Use a Tow Vehicle-Car Trailer, Sling type tow Truck, tilt and load. Do not tow this Challenger even if you are faking it being towed.
I can not see why you can not jack the car up and put it on axle stands and take the tires and rims to the garage to be changed. If you do not trust your braking system then why are you even thinking of using the car via towing or driving. If you tow it and the brakes fail then your car will never be the same again. Good Luck.
My theory. " DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME " if you smash it up into another car then you will need a Tow Truck to finish the job anyways, and tires will be the least of your worries.

He mentions both people would be in the cars. Plus both cars run so the both engines would be running. Boy, big brother must be everywhere overseas. I'd just drive to the shop insured or not.

Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first.
Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.
