Brand new trans just out of the box. front seal for converter is leaking!! what did I do wrong or is this just bad luck??? its a 904 from a very repitable shop will it go away???

if its the front seal it wont go away are you sure it not venting fluid from the vent for some reason maybe overfilled

no its not overfilled i an about 1/2 pint short because I thought the same thing. I just hate pulling it all apart for this. this is the only leak on the car and I am afraid to take it to the strip and drop anything on the track.

Converter is new What would be wrong with flex plate?? The spring could have come off thats true. I put lube on the shaft of the converter as i always do also on the pilot to the crank.
This is all good stuff. Thanks
