yes..i had a 70 340 duster with sbp manual disc 20 yrs ago...

converting to a manual brake cylinder is the easy part...finding and putting on the disc is the hard part..

sure, many years ago my brother had a 70 340 duster that had disc brakes with the 4" bolt pattern. disc brakes were std with a 340 in 70 and possibly other years also. it might take some digging to find the parts but they're out there. there were later vehicles that had manual disc brakes so a master cylinder shouldn't be a problem just be sure you put on a proportioning valve off a manual disc car and it should be ok.

Manual discs were available from 65-up. My old 66 Barracuda had them with the special larger reservoir single master cylinder and prop valve.

The parts are out there. At some point in the future I will have a spare pair of spindles for sale, but I need to go through a set for my GTS to make sure what I have.

70 Duster could have manual disc, in 71-72, disc got power assist, IIRC.

Power was always an option with discs, never mandatory, even though it was highly recommended by Chrysler.

That's what on my 70 Duster now. Originally a 6 cyl car drum car it now has a V-8 K frame with SBP rallye wheels and manual disc brakes/Kelsey Hayes disc setup.

I like the setup even though you don't want to be tailgating anyone if you know what I mean.

1970 FE5 Duster 360/904/3.91's SOLD 1973 TB3 SpaceDuster 340/4spd/4.10's SOLD Moparless for now but when the opportunity is right I'll have another one.
