14" stuff is going to limit your choices alot.. a 245/60-14 is about as big as you can get in them easily now. I ran that size (in a Cooper Cobra) all the way around on my Aussie Charger (before going to 15") and looked fine, but it's alot smaller car then a "regular" Charger. Might be a place to start at least.
(if your's is low in the front (and depending on wheel specs), might have to go to something narrow, but the Oz cars have real big front wheel wells so they fit fine on mine with the right backspacing wheel)
