My bro's Charger's built 440 ran like a top & never had problems until today when he put a can of NOS octane boost in a full tank of 91. Said it started bucking & had to limp the car home. Ran perfectly yesterday, so must be the NOS or bad Vegas gas??? Anyone had experience w/ this stuff & should he just drain the tank?

Aaron, very funny, in fact they just had a few brews w/ Mr Angry, who drove his charger from new york & arrived in vegas yesterday. Had a "Charger Fest" at a local tavern. HIs charger's run flawlessly for the past yr & never had a hiccup till he put that stuff in that morning. Car sat most of the day, so maybe it loosened something that stuck in the carb? I'll have him check his timing & plugs. THink he'll drain the tank & see if it cures it.

Anyone else remember the thread where the idiot claimed to have put this in the tank on his bike!?

I would try running the car out of a jerry can to see if that clears up the problem. Will at least tell you if it's something in the gas or not, plus save you the time of draining the tank if that's not the problem.

Lets hope he didn't put the energy drink in the car... if he did...

Also, off the shelf octane boosters don't work. Tell him not to waste his money.
