This is going to be worse than when Hemi Joel found that car in the barn he was trying to get.

This morning on the news they said they(event organizers) are more worried about finding the keys. Seems no one knows the location of them.

I'd look in the ignition.
Not to worry Boyd Coddington and his crew will be on hand to look over the car and try to start it.

The winner's heir(s) would get the car.

As far as finding the keys, does anyone in Tulsa have a screwdriver?

In the 1957 news article, they said a $100 trust fund was also buried.. For you bankers and math whiz's.. what would the value of that trust fund be on Friday?

An article I read said it would be something like $300 today.

Local news in Tulsa just reported that but said maybe the bag around the car might be intact.

Everybody was worried about if the vault had leaked and most concrete guys around here said it would.

I wonder how much of that water is from the rain after they popped the lid and how much has been there for a long time.

Looks like they have a big green hose to pump the water out.

Well, at least it's still shaped like a car!!

Notice the dirt/rust lines/rings around the perimeter of the "tomb"? I'd say the Plym and water have been cohabitating for some time.

the fenders appear to have a nice shape to them but is that a collapsed roof?
