This year it will just be a bracket car as it has rack and pinion, it will have either a 451 with aluminum heads, crossram, and such, or a low deck 500 with the same heads and a single 4. Almost done with the coronet so then we will get the 63 together.

#5 We think this was NHRA's first tubbed Super Stocker. I built spring boxes & moved the springs into the frame. Chuck Nelson, Division IV Tech, sent me a letter allowing it, & it caused quite a stir a Pomona that spring. We carried the letter in the glove box to show to Tech officials as we ran around the country.
