Yes, Cal's car is a very nice car, it's been a bit of a disappointment to him though, his plans were to run the old SS/AA class against the Darts and Barracudas, but they changed the rules on that about the time he was ready to compete, his car would be competitive in that class, lot more glamour running those SS/AH cars.
Big Dad, never have seen Cal's car tarped, he's pretty proud of it.

That car was built by Joe Smith here in Dallas then the Teutons had it for awhile
Not sure how he ended up with it..

Motor work and car setup by Morris Wright. Great guy, and a superb machinist. I like to swing by Morris' shop occasionally to see this car.

Some observations about the previous threads.
Percy's cars are drop dead gorgeous! Rayburn's car is too cool! Painter's car was formally owned by my old friend Wes Leopold Jr. The single 4 barrel HEMI is a bogus combination. No criticism ment to Les Norton, but it is bogus. Mosbeck's car leaves as hard as any Max Wedge stocker I have ever seen. It now has a Dana 60. In comparison Shaul's car is much softer, but is faster, different set up I guess. I wish I knew where my old '64 Belvedere hard top is now, I sold it to Shaul about 10 years ago and then sold it. It was red and had FRANKS INC. on the doors and Ridgerunner Speed Shop on the quarters. Anyone have an idea?

In my opinion the single four hemi combo should be ran in the CM class for crate motors. Not in the same class as the crossram cars. Thats whats bogus to me.
