Hi I am having a problem with my 440-6 with only 14000 miles on a full rebuilt it ran perfect for 4 years and this years it dies on me when I come to a stop I change the alternator to make sure I have enough juice at idle no diference also change regulator same problem then i change the 6AL box (was a mopar unit)now it the real MSD and I have the same problem when I put it in nutral a 200 feet before I stop it ok could it be my tork converter my RPM is set at 1100 before use to be at 775-800 any sujestion thanks Francis.the motor is a roller the lift is 529 the six pack was new mopar 5 years ago the head are 452

More than likely a carb issue. Do you know the outboard fuel mix check trick?
btw-- Is that a v code car?

yaaaa.... you've checked everything but the thing causing the problem..... carb issue .

If your MSD unit has a laser, clean the lense. I had the same problem once, I fought it for months & finally fixed it with a Q-tip.
