I want to get my compression up,what is the thinnest head gasket available that will do the job in a 318,about 9.5 comp.street driven.
What are the best parts for doing a set of 318 302 casting swirl port heads on a budget?

On mancini racings website it says the mopar performance p4120094 is .024-.028 with a 4.060 bore. Which compressed thickness would this gasket actually be since it states two different thicknesses? Also which is the better gasket the Mr. gasket or the mopar performance?

Check the bore diameter of the Mr. Gasket. The bigger the whole in the gasket, the less compression you will have.

Mr gaskets are 4.14" Bore....the newest MP thin gaskets are also 4.14" bore, they don't make the 4.06" bore ones anymore.

I used the Mr gaskets, haven't had a chance to fire it up yet.

I don't think I would go through the trouble of changing a head gasket for a compression increase unless there was another reason to change the gasket anyways.
The result will be so insignificant it won't even be noticeable. It may raise your compression from 9.5 to 9.6 if you're lucky.
