Hi guys! I'm in the process in finishing my new project / race car build and just installed the Hemi this weekend so finally could see and fit the old headers from my streetcar. Well, they don't fit in any way (chassis is interfering) and can't have 'some'mods to make it fit.

So decided we'll make / build new ones for the chassis challenger. What size would you suggest for the following combo...

2800lbs Challenger
Race only
528 Hemi
11:1 CR
Approx. 750hp
4-speed
D60 w/ 4.56's
33x16x15 GY's

In the streecar with the exact same engine I had 2.1/8 primaries and 3.5" collector Hooker SC's.

Any input appreciated.
Thanks,
Hans

I think that would be pretty close. I run a 4" collector in my 511, but that has an automatic with a torque converter vs your 4-speed. Another question is what length to make the primary tubes, and I think the 4-speed might like a different length than a 5500 stall converter.
