Ugh, yeah there's so many things is could be...
Try a new gas cap? or maybe switch the one off your dakota onto the caravan and see what happens???
or Clogged tank vent line, evap canister, or maybe take out the pcv valve and make sure it rattles still??
Worst case scenario, the Sending unit is freaking out somehow when getting fill-ups...
I found some other pages that talked about stalling after getting gas, and some called it the 'Fuel Management Valve.."
Also- I know it's for a 300C forums, but it should apply somewhat---
Lots of 2-cents being thrown in here, but it's worth a read:

"the driveability tech at the dealer i work at just performed this repair for the stalling problem. At Chrysler training center he was informed of the repair procedure. Apparently the fuel management valve on top of the fuel tank sticks open at times and introduces enough raw fuel into the evaporative charcoal canister that when the car is at idle at the computer decides to purge the canister it introduces enough fuel into the intake system to stall out the engine."
good luck...P.S. 3 cans of turquoise on the way from Summit... woohoo!!!
Just got to stop by the carquest by me to get some of the plasti-kote black enamel for the pulleys, etc...
