now i have total control of all my powder coating

i was driving almost 90 miles round trip to have them done and was at the mercy of when he could get them done.

so i dropped the coin last night for a oven thats big enough for my K frames and all his powder coating guns and supplys

its a 3 burner setup with adjustable fan to circulate the air inside it for more even heat control and works awesome!

its big enough to do rear ends in

i was pretty excited to get it and thought i would share a few pics

just did 2 k frames in it

Bondo

Looks nice I need to build a oven near that size or find one a good deal on one.
Sure is nice to be able to do your own coating.

That's a very good investment.A guy I work with has his PC setup and is making very good money from it.

I sent you a PM on some engine mounting plates that you made for a member here.

Powder coatings normal wants somewhere around 360-410 fahrenheit to harden.
Regular powder would turn yellow and burn, if used on headers.
Maybe there is a powder that would do the trick, donīt know..

Nice to have your own equipment.

That's cool Bob! I've been getting compliments everywhere I go on the top half of my engine that you powder coated.
