This was a ugly race. Ogburn (sp) red lit but Houser rubbed the was causing some body damage. The rule is "first or worst" and scraping the wall is worst than a red light so Ogbourn went to the finals against Rains.

We talked to Joe on Saturday. His new Cuda is very close to being completed. He said he could've had it ready for Fontana but didn't want to run a race with a car he hadn't had time to drive yet. He says he's quite pleased with how the car has turned out.

Congrats on your win at the Dutch Charlie. Those cars of yours are BRUTALLY fast. That .52 was one of the most impressive runs I've seen all year. 154.40 with an automatic????!!
