Besides the factory shrouds has anyone used an aftermarket/univeral one with success or made there own? Looking at my options and please post pics if you can! I have a stock 22" radiator with clutch fan setup. Thanks!

Saw this company at Carlisle custom making them: http://mahaffeymotorsports.com/FanShrouds.htmMy setup is too screwy for one, I just have the cheapie universal chrome thing which is more of a guard for my hands.

Depends on what you are looking for when it is finished. Is this on a show car or a driver?
On my 68 B'cuda, the original 22" radiator had no shroud with its 318. When I went to a 360, the old rad was running hot. I found that a /6 radiator shroud from a mid-70's valiant can be mounted upside down and works perfect on a v8 application. Some minor clearancing and re-drilling the mounting holes. Not show, but works for my driver.

Fabbed up mine from a sheet of 1/16" aluminum. Riveted it together.

Allstar is a brand that makes tons of oval track parts. Lane Automotive stocks them. Allstar make various dimensions of aluminum fan shrouds much like the one pictered in the beginning of this post (not polished though). They are inexpensive and with the many different sizes you should be able to nail it it right on.
Keep old mopars alive.
