Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first.

Yep, as said fuel pressure needs to be low... I run 4.5 to 5.. all it needs

I seriously doubt it the fuel pump, 6 psi isn't that much, if that is what you have. Did you check for floats full of gas? I have had that happen several times in the 20 years I've had my 1407 carb. Also, did you check the float level and drop? Did you inspect the seats and especially the tip of the needle for burrs/jun?
