Car is all stock suspension, I want to install a dana 60 that as no mounting pad or hardware for a pinion snubber ( converted truck diff).

any danger of driveshaft or u-joint hitting the floor or other consequences.

On a street car I wouldn't think so; but if the rear tires hook up, or you have a 4-speed & beat on it, then maybe. With SS springs, you may not need the snubber. I tried one on my drag car and the car didn't like it; hundred or so runs later, still no shaft/joint issues using no snubber.
It's possible to make a snubber that mounts to the car and points down at the pinion area, if you think you need one.

You will get a lot of spring wrap if it is anything like mine. I took mine off and the rear springs are dying. I'm in the process of getting cal tracs

Allen Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first. Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.

Good STICK SHIFT super-stock springs are the solution for this. You do NOT need a snubber in a leaf-spring rear suspensions that is set-up correctly.
