Shouldnt you be working on your truck? I finally have a CNC program for recutting the early hemi chambers. I am not sure about leaving the existing exhaust seats in during machining.

Are you going with over sized seats after its machined, if not, wouldnt you want to machine them in there so they come out flush with the chamber when completed?

Drive approximately 2000 miles and let them come out all by themselves...
(Note: only works on Mopar Performance aluminum heads)

my w5s got 200 miles.
I use the mig weld to shrink the seats.
