I am having a tough time trying to get the banjo fittings to stop leaking brake fluid at the master cylinder. It appears to be leaking between the aluminum crush washer and the master cylinder. I inspected the master cylinder machined surface pretty good before installing and everything looked good. Anyone else have trouble sealing these up and what did you do to fix it?

Try a copper washer instead.

Do they do a better job of sealing? Are they softer?

Worked better for me when we had the same issue. Your mileage may vary

OK, thanks Al. I had someone else suggest that and I thought they were crazy. I guess I will try it.
