Just curious if you could use T/A or another offset Rocker Arm an re locate the push rods holes and still be legal on F.A.S.T, non T/A car, such as a 1971 Duster 340. In other words cloning a T/A head. Thanks.

As long as you start out with the correct head, and it appears stock on the outside, and the original, correct casting # remains, you can do whatever you want to the inside of the head.

Just make sure you use T/A style rockers. (Harland Sharp)
Any W-2 rocker I've tried, you still have to relocate
the shafts and pushrods end up in the manifold face.
