No clue here. But I'll see your bump and raise you one. Also, could call Stage V, or better yet, call Bob Banning or John Arruza. Both of them have been very helpful when I was asking questions. Barton built mine, now I'm lucky if they answer the phone.

i, as well as everyone i ended up asking who builds hemis, torque them all the same.
called stage V when i got the manifold, and they referred me to an engine builder, (they make the manifold, not sure why they couldn't answer this themselves), who said torque them all the same. tim banning at FHO does this as well.
i don't know the original reason for it. the 48 in/lb bolts are all the outside shorter ones, (i think, i'd have to go look again), so that may have something to do with it.

that's what i was told as well. tighten them until they feel nice and snug, something like that. 70-80 in/lbs fits that bill easily.
