I've checked my local Autozone and Advance Auto, but neither stock 72RR 2.25" tail pipes. Summit and Jegs don't seem to have them either. Anyone know of someone who still stocks these pipes? Any input would be appreciated. Tim

I really try to keep my mouth shut on the question and answer forum (just reading it often gets me all boiled up), but seriously. You went into an autozone and an advance auto parts looking for the factory exhaust for your 72 roadrunner and actually expected them to be able to avail it for you? Even summit would be crazy as a source for that as there is little they sell that is quote factory style.

I am glad that you were able to be helped out here.

I just never cease to be amazed by the total lack of creativity of many folk who get into the hobby these days.
