Ok guys, here is my first attempt at installing the tin in my car..there stilll are some small issue that i willl be correcting..so please be kind...i know it's not perfect but it is mine..and at 8.80-9.0 who's ever gonna see it....lol...

looks good is it aluminum? kind of looks like it but can't really tell for sure. if it is you may want to bead roll it for stiffness.

It's Alum...i used .063 for the inner rail pcs and the rear quarter extension and tunnel are .100

The purpose of the square tunnel is so i can mount my shifter,Delay Box and electronics...

the aluminum is a little thick for tin work but it's not going to hurt anything. we use .040 every where. my tunnel is kind of octagon shaped which gives it a place for the shifter. nothing wrong with the square on. looks fine to me

Yea, I know it's thick..thats why im using it...also didnt want to bead roll it either..not much more on the cost or weight...

looks pretty darn good,by the time you get your spare tire ,jack,tool box and whatever the kids and ole lady toss in, nobody will even notice a slight imperfection

Very cool Dart, looks like a lot of fun. The tin work is nice, I wonder if the thicker material will keep if from rattling as much as the thinner stuff?

hey Billy, this might sound a little much..but have you got the car certified yet? If not, it should be done before(IMO) any of the tin work.
