Ok i'm bored to death figured I'd post a what will it run.
I plan on putting a 383 in my Dart, It's gonna be .030 over Stock 906 heads, trw pistons lets say 10-1cr.,stock rods and crank. MP .533 cam or maybe comp 305H, tm-6 intake and a good set of headers. Trans is going to be a glide, stock 1.76 gear 10" converter, and a Dana with 4.56's and a 30 or 31" tall tire. The car should weight about 2700 with me and fuel....hopefully. I plan on going to 440source heads this spring so I figured I'd go ahead and give it enough cam to support those.

With almost the same combo save for the Mopar 284/484 I had in the engine(now a 292/509)I went 11.60 with a 3560#(me and fuel all steel except hood) Demon 5.13 Dana 31.25 tall tires and stock 727 with TA 3800 converter.

The .533 may hit the pistons if they don't have valve reliefs but a .509 will fit with steel shims Must be the extra duration.

I know of a similar combo but with a 727, J converter and a .509 that would run 7.40's@95-96 in a Dart.

It ran really well for a basic combo, 383 with replacement TRW's set .015 out of the hole, stock 906's w/2.08's, MP .509, TM6, 4779 holley, CPPA headers & 3" exhaust. It didn't need a ton of RPM to work either, footbrake it to 4k, shift at 6,200 and run it out the back.
