Car still has original clutch. I would like to put in something easy to drive in traffic.

Should be a 10 1/2" 23 spline like mine. Check Rockauto for the size. Mine's a 70 318 in mine but it had the 10 1/2".

It's double the price and I don't know what kind of feel it will have to it. The last zoom I ran was over 30 years ago and it was a @*&#@ to push in. I only know the one I got for my 64 has a nice feel and they say it has more grip. Some on here may have more experience if you want something stronger.

Had a Zoom in my 65 440 years ago.Lasted like 6 months.I like my Center Force.Expensive but light pressure and they last and grab.Just remove the over center spring.Rocky

Easy way to tell is remove lower cover. 5-7/8" between pressure plate bolt holes shown here is for 10.5" clutch and approximately 5-1/4 between holes is a 9-1/4 or 10". Even easier is that 10.5" uses 3/8" pressure plate bolts (9/16" wrench) and 9-1/4 and 10 use 1/2" or smaller wrench.

My 65 Barracuda which originally was a hi-po 273 4-speed came from the factory with a 9.5" clutch. Not sure about 67's, check before ordering a replacement.

446acuda,I have 1/2 in. bolts and the distance between the pressure plate bolts is approx. 5-1/4 in. How do I tell if I should order a 9-1/4 or a 10.0 in. clutch?

any 273 ive ever seen was 9 1/2,may not be enough room in a factory bell housing for a 10 inch clutch,,any good auto parts store can get you what you need,,or search rock auto for cross refrenceing, center force might make one im sure mc loed makes one
