Would you immortalize your Mopar on your headstone when you pass? Went to visit a friend who passed a few years back, and parked in a different location this time causing me to come across this headstone. Not that I search out things like this, but the handful of trucks I've seen over the years have either been Chevy or Ford, or just a 'generic' truck. What you can see of it, looks like it was a neat rig. Wonder what happened to it?

Kind of sad honestly. To have lived an entire life and your priority is to show off toys and a fishing tourney on your headstone? If he had family he didn't think much of them against his worldly possessions.

MarkZ, I didn’t think to mention this is the BACK of the headstone. Front has a few more pics and family info ( but no Dodge). My bad..,,

My bad..,, I wouldn't be surprised if the family chose this and not the decedent. They might have known how special his truck was to him and the other stuff and chose that to go on his stone. I think it's nice either way.

So it was probably family. It's probably nice for them to see it and think of the memories of him with that stuff.

I've seen several with Harleys, and one with Norfolk & Western steam engine 611 on a child's headstone because he loved steam locomotives.
