McCandlessboy OP super stock M Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 1,148	I bought out a collection of old racing photos. We're getting them scanned in and uploaded to the site. This is a work in progress, so hang in there. The goal is to have it where you can add comments so people will know who is racing and where it was. We're hoping spam bots don't attack it, but we'll see how it goes. If you get a chance, cruise through the images and let us know what you think. I have a lot more to get scanned in, but this is a good start with about 700 loaded to date. We've been posting on Facebook and It has been awesome to see the response as people find images of cars their relatives raced that they hadn't seen before. Makes the time/effort worth it. Did you have to do any restoration to the images? Never, ever argue with an IDIOT. They will drag you to their level and then beat you with their years of experience

McCandlessboy OP super stock M Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 1,148	There are around 750 posted, in total there are 4000. I had to comb through some post scan that weren't racing related in any particular way. I'm hoping to get the next batch soon. None of these are enhanced, just scanned and uploaded.

I remember going to Motor City Dragway when I was a kid (my older brother took me) and seeing them. I remember how they used to take them down to the end of the track and push them back toward the starting line to fire them up.
