Look at the chassis pics... drive shaft.... cross member etc.... not great....

I don't know about a flood car, but there is definitely some rattle can cover up going on, and not even an attempt to do a good job...

Decent size hole in the floor or some super thick undercoating peeling. And check out the hose clamp on the lower radiator hose. Definitely looks like it’s been submerged or something close.
