help with wiring harness part number #322224

I recenetly purchased some NOS parts and one in particular has me puzzled. I can't find the part number in any of my books or cd's. It may be a fog light harness the box reads as follows 1#3513-097 and inside there is the harness and a #2889916 relay any help would be greatly appreciated.

The relay is exactly the same I have attached a photo of the harness. Looks like a road lamp harness

The road lamp harness is part number 2983711. You have a 70 B-Body window lift wiring harness.

Here is a 70 road lamp harness.

But the relay is the same # used for the road lamps correct?
