Can one of you help me find a part number for 11" B body rear brake drums? I see that Classic Industries has some for $85 each. Is that what they're going for these days?

I can't help you with part numbers, but I'll give you a tip from when I recently replaced my front drums. Check the max wear stamp on them first against the actual inner diameter of the drum. The first few I got were already at max out of the box.

I looked up a 76 Charger, still a B body, 11" drums shown. 6 choices too.

I'm looking for a '65 Coronet, I just looked up a '69 Coronet and found some drums. My car came with 10" drums but I had a '65 Satellite that came with 11" drums.

I should have looked at other models in the first place.

Have you tried Summit Racing? Here's an example of an 11" brake drum listed for a '69 Road Runner so they might have something for your car?

Manufacturer issues have come up before regarding brake drums. I bought a set for my '89 Police car...Raybestos; they were out of round right out of box. They needed to be turned or returned to Rockauto and it wasn't worth it. I'd try to buy locally so you have some recourse if they aren't good.
