I’m looking for a notch, and that looks nice, just not $35 nice. I don't know why the title of this thread says 340. The original 273-4bbl was completely replaced by a 360 with a mild hot rod looking engine compartment. 68 and 69 340 Formulas sell for more money. Clean car though.

If not worth $35k to a couple people on here, then what is it worth to you? $20K to $25K. Barracuda coupes tend to sell for less than same year Darts. 67 least desirable of 3 years. Being a 273-4bbl HiPo Formula S helps. But the special motor stuff is all gone with this car.

Sorry to grab this thread, but while there are some A-Body guys here, just trying to figure out if I have the '67 insured for enough. I owned it for 43 years, before 'gifting' it to my daughter last fall. 53K miles (legit...based on how much I have driven it). 273 Commando auto car, no console, small rear end. Paint was done 43 years ago but has held up well. VERY minimal rear quarter patch panels (literally only couple inches) No other rust repair. I replaced front fenders back then with a pair from AZ just to get clean headlight sheet metal. I have all the original air cleaner as well (had to put a newer Carter on which had a throat that was too big for the factory air cleaner) Approximate insurance value? Thanks

Not sure how your condition compares this particular notchback. But blue color paint is more desirable than cream. For insurance purposes, I would go an additional $5K-$10K more than typical private actual sale price. Meaning Classic Car Dealer amount "retail". Because you should have to hunt for a private seller to replace your car.

You can't buy a mopar hot rod that nice for $25K The 70 340 4spd swinger survivor sold and was asking $32K in the for sale section That’s $7K more car than a 67 Barracuda notchback 273 w/360 Roadrunnerluva’s 72 Duster seems at least as desirable than this Barracuda.
