They are adjustable to a degree , spring and shims drop in to tailor opening rate and I think you can limit how much it opens , big block and small block will be different as the rotation is different , should fit a dual or single point?

Maybe ask Joesixpack , Bill Cowger , he sells a lot of that stuff.

It is a dual point type. Singles are different arm. Right hand so small block and first gen hemi. What stamp # on arm, I believe should be 8. That number sets the max advance in distributor degrees the vacuum can apply.

Not the correct number for the later dual points on the 340.

Curious where that picture came from but it is wrong. That part number 2875776 is for a SINGLE point distributor 340 auto in 69. The single prestolite type can has a longer length at the hole that connects to breaker plate. DP is shorter at that bend. Also, Prestolite single point distributor vacuum can carried the IBP- part number. IAZ is a dual point number. Prestolite did make parts for the single point in MOPAR parts boxes.

67 273 dual point uses 1843034 used IAZ-2023RG
68 340 DP uses 1689765. used IAZ-2023RA

The Prestolite books do not cross the RF to those distributors. Again, the low vacuum arm #, 7 is not typical for late model Mopars.
