Dodge introduced the next generation Charger as concept car called the Daytona SRT Banshee back in the fall of 2022 and with the debut of the production models, we learn that the design of that concept in 2022 is more or less identical to the cars headed to dealerships later this year.

Like the concept, the first 2024 Charger Daytona models are two-door coupes with battery electric drivetrains, but the BEV coupe will be joined by the Daytona BEV sedan in 2025, along with both coupes and sedans powered by the Hurricane twin turbocharged inline-six engine – all under the Dodge Charger nameplate. The 2025 model year will be capped off by the arrival of the 800V SRT Banshee model with output levels that could near the four-figure range.
