Does everyone have issues with the customer service (or the lack of it) from MSD? Have you tried to get a RMA number from them for having a distributor fixed? What is the process to connect with them?

Never had a problem with them myself. I've called and gotten RMA numbers a few times to have things repaired, never had any trouble. CHIP

i have always found MSD customer service to be one of the best in the business.

I will say kudos to Elizabeth Ryden in the contingency dept. as they are paying for my Sports Nats. win even though IHRA refused to submit my claim

Never had a problem. I've taken things back and got special orders and they've always been great

I have had two things returned for repair and always felt well treated and satisfied with service.

just last week i called them about some missin g parts in a package. first class service with priority shipping to get the parts to me. how can you beat that?
over the years MSD has been one of the best as far as i'm concerned.
i'd suggest if you don't get great service from them, speak to a different rep.
of course speaking to the rep respectfully (which i'm sure you did) alway's helps to avoid the "get what you give" scenario...

When I found they had packaged the wrong dizzy in the right box, they overnighted the correct one and told me to keep the other and just order the correct shaft and bronze gear and keep as a spare...pretty nice I think....

A good friend just had a problem with his Digital-7 and they hooked him up quick....

Last week I had a problem with my ignition, posed the problem to this board, no takers!! called MSD, gave tech my issue, was told what was wrong. And they had a fix for $180.00, OR, I could fix it for $1.49....He told me how, Problem solved!!!! they get nothing but High marks from me!!!

I have sent in a couple of MSD items for repair, no charge , no problem.

I melted a spark plug boot on a new set of wires and they sent me 8 new ones free and over night delivery.

just sent them 2 boxes about a week ago digital 6 and digital retard
