This might fit into my life quite well, depending on the mechanicals and/or restoration quality.
I've been looking for a street/ mostly-strip car, preferably another Duster, but I dig '62 Plymouths, especially the 2-door sedans.
Something I can drive to the track & back after some fun.
I'd change a few things, but if anyone's near Mandan, ND...having good eyes on it would be handy & compensated.
Anyone know this car ?

It's more $ than I wanted to spend, but that's happened before laugh2

I like the car a lot and have seen it advertised before. I'm not sure how a car with just a hood scoop is a max wedge clone. No max wedge intake or heads. My 440 'Cuda clone at least had a 440 in it. I also don't think the seats match the overall theme of the car or the balance of the interior but that is a pretty easy project if one wanted a more stock look.

Very nice looking car.

This is annoying:

I don't know if the heater works, wipers, or radio.

How much effort would it take to find out? eyes

When did you start looking? My (street -strip) Duster was listed for sale here, from last July
until I put it away, back in November, for winter storage.... whistling

I like it too. Nice to see no ratchet shifter on floor! Yeah seats don't quite fit in but not big deal. I would have to extend the exhaust out to full length.

It's been a LONG time since I've used anything but a Cheetah shifter on an AT car - so I wouldn't mind that.
But the buttons are probably OK.
Agree on the seats, and I'd want to do something about the wheels; at least paint 'em red.
And I could see a Dana & a 6-point cage in the car's future, if it makes enough power...

Seems like an awful lot of side stepping in that ad.

Max Wedge Clone? I guess the hood scoop qualifies it...not.

Yeah, "clone" it's not, and the ad is mostly hyperbole and short on facts, too.
The goofy part about not checking operation of heater, wipers, and radio is absurd, but not a disqualifier if the car does what I want it to do.

What I'm hoping for is that someone here could look it over in person, and give me a trustworthy opinion on the car.

Yeah, I could see that as my final Mopar. I'd love to have one last Plymouth.... drive
