I was thinking of sanding the area, then building up some 3-M epoxy that is used to repair hard plastic.
Then drill it but I was going to try it on an extra panel I have.
I did not do it yet since I want to see where it needs to be on the car it self.
I used some on my 94 ram dash it stuck well and worked good but was a gray color.

I would get the originals redone. Although the Palco seatbacks look okay, I had to really wrestle with them to fit. Where in the originals fit with ease.
