The first car I bought sight unseen was $13K and a Craigslist deal with $1400 shipping. The second was a $12K ebay deal with $1000 shipping. With both cars they were pretty much all original down to the paint so I wasn't as much concerned with vehicle condition or hidden damage etc as I was about actually getting the car after I sent the money. In both cases the seller could not have been a better guy. I will say though that I could never imagine buying a real high dollar car without being there in person.

Mine were never high dollar. My attraction is to lower dollar Mopars in general. Two exceptions have been '70 Swinger 340 and '69 or '70 GTX but I never found right ones.

Facts are stubborn things.
