$100K is not going to buy it would be my bet. There is a bunch of money tied up in that thing

He has at least double that in it. My guess would be some where in the $125,000 to $150,000 range at the right Auction. If it was not a four door, under $100,000.

Beautiful truck!

"the digital odometer reads 0 miles" Is it broken? Who builds something like this and doesn't even drive it for a few months to shake the bugs loose? If it was built to make money, good luck with that.

That belongs at Mecum or BJ. What a waste of money if it was built to make money on. Cool truck for sure, though that interior color/pattern is a little weird for my tastes.

There have been a couple similar rest-mods like that cross the auction block - Mecum and/or B-J - and they brought big $$$, IIRC.
This one's a bit dreary in presentation IMO - which, with another $3.00, will buy a decent coffee laugh2

Mecum or BJ in January at Phoenix, will bring the most $$ It wasn't built to make money, it was probably some guys dream truck and once started spent way to much on.

It reminds me of a vehicle I drove across the stage at a Mecum auction. A beautiful 56 chevy Bel Aire. The guy spent $360,000 on it.....it got to $86,000 and Dana, got the guy to take off his reserve, it hammer at $89,000. runaway

At a good auction like people said, that truck would probably be $150k-180k.

Nice truck but can someone come up with better consoles in these trucks and cars? They look like a boat consoles. But thats a big dollar truck. Forget what the other truck that was built like that went for

A buddy bought this one, but just a lowly 440 (512)... https://www.mecum.com/lots/554001/1968-dodge-power-wagon-custom-pickup/?

.
Probably an unpopular take, but that is an ugly truck to start with. The two-door is much better looking and more 'to scale.'

The colors are horrible. Okay, so Viper Red may be a bit much on 40 acres of metal, but this kind of build should have a MUCH better paint/graphics scheme. Same for the interior. I mean, the truck is so over the top, the paint and interior make it look like they ran out of money before they had it painted, so they went to Tractor Supply and squirted the truck with whatever was on sale.

For that same $3, you could buy two crappy coffees and actually hash this deal out. smile
