Wonder how original it is when you look at it up close?
Looks very shiny. Underside rear end looks like could be repainted. Seats look awful fuffy and fresh.
I think it's being sold by some listing agency or dealer. Says previous owner had it 10 years. These cars get embellished from owner to owner. Especially the "original" and "survivor" status.
Here's 68K mile seats. 8k miles since 1981.

The color looks more like Sandalwood than Chesnut brown, but hard to tell for sure. Does look too shiny for original.

and you were right - it's a real sweetheart of a car. So, the '64 MAY be as nice in person as in the photos. That's beyond rare, but it's possible...

Long time ago, I bought this ol grandma 64 , it had a pretty rough life with her bouncing off door openings but, the inside was almost as nice as the one posted.

and you were right - it's a real sweetheart of a car. So, the '64 MAY be as nice in person as in the photos. That's beyond rare, but it's possible... I’d be more impressed if it didn't look as good in person. Flash photos and dealer lighting can make things appear really glossy.
